Briner Basements Inc

Briner Basements is a veteran-owned waterproofing company that serves Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse and the Finger Lakes. Felix Briner started it after years in the basement waterproofing trade, where he saw homeowners sold expensive one-size-fits-all systems, and the company now calls its approach homeowner-first. Its work centers on interior drainage systems with a perimeter trench, perforated drain tile and a sump pump, plus sump pump installation and replacement with battery or water-powered backups. It also seals crawl spaces through encapsulation, repairs cracks, treats mold and lists foundation repair among its services. Vapor barriers and moisture control systems are part of its toolkit. Rated 5 from 18 Google reviews, every one of them five stars. Online scheduling is available, and wheelchair accessible parking is offered at the Rochester location.
