R Luis Constructions

R Luis Constructions is a family-owned general contractor in the Bronx, in the same community for more than 25 years and serving all of New York City. Basement waterproofing is one of its listed services, next to roofing, flat roof replacement, brickwork and brick pointing, concrete, tiling, gutter installation, fencing, paving stones, exterior painting and kitchen and bathroom remodeling. It works on homes and commercial properties. The company states it is fully licensed and insured in New York State and pulls all permits itself. Every job ends with a walkthrough and a warranty, and free consultations and quotes are offered. Rated 4.9 from 132 Google reviews, 124 of them five stars and one a single star. The crew works on flat roofs, aging brickwork and older homes in the borough, and installs gutters that guide water from roof edges toward downspouts.
